New to lifting or need a kickstart?

We run Beginner Inductions every other week for those who are new to heavy lifting and/or have never been in a weightlifting space before. The Lift Room Inductions take place with Jodie, the Founder + Head of Fitness.

These sessions will take you through:

Fundamental movement patterns featuring the squat, deadlift and press. Plus - how to adapt them for you.

Proper breath and bracing.

How to apply progressive overload.

And more…

We will also show you how to adjust the racks and benches, plus optimal ways of handling heavy equipment.

There will then be time to ask Jodie any questions.

Inductions are 75mins long and cost £25. However the cost is deductible if you go on to complete the Induction 4 Week Programme.

Coming Soon - The Induction 4 Week Programme

We are thrilled to announce a new programme launching in May 2025. A natural extension of our Induction, the Induction Programme is a four week class based programme which will give you the opportunity to put your new found knowledge to practice in our group sessions.

We will also be launching our special Super Small Group PT, sessions for three persons max, which will follow a traditional PT programme with an overall focus in mind. These sessions are exclusively for those on the Induction Programme.

Finally, you will be offered a complimentary, and entirely optional, weekly check in call with a coach, to discuss your training, answer any questions you have, or just help keep you accountable.
